For us, the challenge of 2018 is how to face and accept the fear.

Fear is surrounding us all over the world today.  Some places are under the wars, some areas are suffering from climate change, and some people are lost in their lives.  We can say the world is out of control now.

How to be back to the warm and happy condition is everyone’s question.

So… if the messy world is reflecting our mind? If the messy condition is built up by our fears?

If the above assumptions are both right, the first thing we’ll need to do is see the fear, face the fear, accept the fear and release this negative energy.

Comparing with the past years, 2017 is toughest in our industry.  Through the demands of shale oil decreased, the needs of centrifugally cast components went down largely.  All departments of LAWAI were under high pressure in order to maintain the operation.  We were in the atmosphere full of worries and fears at that time.

In 2018, however we are changing our mind and brining the courage back.

We are transforming fears to the powers in all aspects of our centrifugal casting manufacture. We are going to use the “present is the point of power” to implement the strategies.  In the present, we focus on what we can do with the current resource and do it in the right way.  The aim is clear and realistic.  It is just like the archer is only able to hunt the deer before his eyes not the one tomorrow.  When we focus on the present point, the power is the strongest. 

Lastly, we would like to appreciate all regular customers’ support and potential customers’ trust in the beginning of 2018.  “Your encouragement pushed us to move forward, make changes and believe we were beloved.”
