Few days ago, we received an online survey from our customer.  They would like to know what the obstacles to increase the 50% production of centrifugal casting for them are.  For us, increasing production of centrifugal casting is not the problem for us because we believe the resources are abundant not limited in the universe.  This is far different from what most people think nowadays.

Two perspectives are able to address our ideas.

- Appreciating the abundance from the perspective of metals

Metals are the resources in the earth.  They play an important role for LAWAI since they are the materials of centrifugal casting.  In order to strengthen the mechanical properties of centrifugal casting, we would add few sparse metals into the metal liquid when melting.  Both common and sparse metals were extracted by a hard way before delivering to us.

However, we used the metals to form the centrifugal casting that is able to be recycled and reused.  Thus, each metal would not be wasted if they are used for producing centrifugal casting and recycled by a proper method.

- Appreciating the abundance from the perspective of people

Comparing LAWAI’s scale with other median size centrifugal casting manufacturers, we are “ mini” indeed.

Yet, each employee performs his/her talents in their positions well no matter what kind of jobs they do at LAWAI. It makes our whole manufacturing process smoothly to deliver the goods to our customers in time.

When everyone enjoys the work, they create the max. value for LAWAI at the same time.

Back to the question “what the obstacles to increase the 50% production of centrifugal casting for them are.”

Our answer is the obstacles do not exist.  If we have enough time to prepare the raw materials and arrange the manufacturing time in advance, increasing the production is easy to achieve.
