Seamless steel tubes manufactured by centrifugal casting
When it comes to the manufacturing process of seamless steel tubes, maybe you will think of extruded tubes first. Today, we would like to introduce another technique to produce seamless steel tubes. And this method is centrifugal casting.
There is without the limitation for manufacturing the seamless steel tubes by centrifugal casting. All our seamless steel tubes are customized. The range of diameter is 50~600 mm. The min. thickness is 4.5 mm and the max. length is 4,000 mm.
The common materials of seamless steel tubes manufactured by extrusion is 304, 316 and duplex stainless steel 2205 & 2507. However, there is a wide range of materials of centrifugal casting. In addition to the materials mentioned above, all 300 stainless steel series, duplex stainless steel, bi-metal alloys, heat-resistant alloys ( Including HK40, HP, HU…etc), 17-4PH and superalloy (Ex: Incoloy 800H) are able to be manufactured at our foundry.

Heat-resistant seamless steel tubes
Heat-resistant steel was designed for casting specification, therefore centrifugal casting is the wise choice to produce the heat-resistant seamless steel tubes.
It is not easy to purchase heat-resistant seamless steel tubes with lager diameters in Taiwan. Most users imported heat-resistant seamless steel tubes produced by extrusion method. The prices were high and small quantity order was not possible.
However, the heat-resistant seamless steel tubes produced by centrifugal casting are able to be customized by individual demands. The quantity is able to be low and this advantage is good for customers to decrease the cost and the burden of stock.
The radiant tubes used in heat-treating plants are heat-resistant seamless steel tubes manufactured by centrifugal casting. The history for producing and developing radiant tubes by us were long and most our radiant tubes were exported to Europe, America, Japan and some countries of southeastern Asia because they had larger demands of radiant tubes than the needs in Taiwan.
Yet, more and more local customers had the demands of radiant tubes. They inquired our radiant tubes via internet or recommendation by others and they were surprised at our capability for the production of various radiant tubes.
The quality and stability of our radiant tubes were impressing because of the fruitful experience we have gained when working with foreign customers in the past.

Superalloy seamless steel tubes
Incoloy 800H is the material we developed in these years and this material is also the seamless steel tube we applied for the subsidy of our local government.
The clients who work in petrochemical plants would use superalloy seamless steel tubes mainly because Inconel 800H seamless steel tube is the material of the reformer tubes in the plants. For those plants, supplying the superalloy seamless steel tubes from us directly is a good news because they will save much cost. (It means they will not need to import the Inconel 800H tubes)
So far, we have developed the length 2,000 mm Incoloy 800H seamless steel tube successfully and we are changing some parameters to improve the dimensions and stability.
The development of superalloy seamless steel tubes at our foundry not only shows our current capability but also gives customers better choice of heat-resistant material.
We hope our high grade seamless steel tubes will satisfy the international and domestic demands both!
