LAWAI’s large rings are not only for high-performance valves, butterfly valves and semiconductor industries but also for high-temperature applications. 

Most LAWAI’s customers purchase our blank large rings ( pre-machined surfaces) and do the finish machining by themselves. 

If customers need finish machined large rings, we will machine them by ourselves or cooperate with outsourcing machine shop based on the complexity of the large rings. 

• The common materials of large rings including stainless steel 300 series, 400 series, duplex stainless steel, 17-4PH,  Ni-resist, heat-resist alloys and Nickel-based alloys.  Please send us the chemical composition if the materials above do not fit your applications. 

• The diameter we produce for large rings is smaller than 400 mm. (Max. OD is around 400 mm)

• The main applications of our large rings are marine, valve, oil & gas, petrochemical, semiconductor industries …etc.
