We produce and sell our Type 1 / Ni-resist 1 centrifugally cast tubes by ourselves.  Therefore, we totally understand your concerns and really know what Type 1 / Ni-resist 1 tubes you need. 
We’ll provide you the pre-machined Type 1 / Ni-resist 1 centrifugally cast tubes normally.
If you need the finish machined Type 1 / Ni-resist 1 tubes, we will complete the project by ourselves or work with outsourcing machine shop based on the complexity of the product. 

The Type 1 / Ni-resist 1 seamless steel tubes manufactured by centrifugal casting technique at LAWAI are with fine grain structures and without the porosities. The technique is far different from the sand casting and the mechanical properties of centrifugal castings are almost equal to forging.  This is why centrifugal casting is called liquid forging. 

Each Type 1 / Ni-resist 1 tube produced at LAWAI is customized based on customer’s drawing and special requirements.  
The dimensions of Type 1 / Ni-resist 1 centrifugally cast tubes LAWAI could produce are as follows. 
  • Length: Max.4,000 mm (1000~ 2000 mm is the regular length we produce)
  • Diameter: >50 mm (If the diameter is less than 50 mm, please contact us to confirn the possibility of produciton)
